Please don't visit here. The barber didn't take a second to know my preference and the entire experience was soo rushed. I understand that you charge less but you messed my entire hairstyle. Please DO NOT VISIT THIS GREAT CLIPS.
Very good haircut done in less than 10 min. And my 5.00 off. Coupon was accepted
So after how many months of being quarantined and needing a haircut I finally decided to go. The lady that cut my hair was ok but of course at check out the receipt I signed was suppose to be $12.99 but instead they charged me $20. I’ve called several times talking to both the store manager and employees but I keep getting the run around that it was indeed their error and will credit back my card. I know times are tough And the overcharge amount wasn’t so much more but that doesn’t mean take advantage of your customers and overcharge on the card. This place will never have my business again. The manager never fixed the problem.
I've never had a bad experience here but have to recommend Ophelia; she cut my hair very professionally and with attention to detail. Thank you Ophelia I'm slightly less ugly now!
