I came to this nail salon one Saturday morning with my Aunt. We arrived as soon as the nail salon opened. Being new to the area, this was my first time coming to this salon, so I had to ask about pricing. I got a no-chip mani and regular pedicure. The lady who unlocked the salon was the lady who ended up doing my nails. My nails were finished, so I paid and waited on my aunt to finish. Once my Aunte was finished, she was told a different price then what we were told and from what I paid. She asked why the price was different, they asked her who told her the price. She let them know who told us the price and then I was asked how much I paid. I showed my receipt and then the nail techs started conversing among themselves. Then I was told, I paid the wrong amount and would need to pay an additional $13. I wasn't tripping about the money, I was more upset about how the whole situation was handled. I was treated like I didn't pay for my service at all, when I did. It was very unprofessional. I would say it's not worth it to go to this place and be treated poorly. Plus one of my nails has already chipped. I would say go somewhere that cares about customer service and quality.

The service here is amazing. The color selection is unrivaled and the shop stands fully behind their work. The owner is often there and always asks for feedback and makes sure you had a great experience.

I never go anywhere else. I never leave unhappy. If something isn't quite right, it is made right before I leave. My nails are always amazing. Would definitely come back and recommend this place!

In fact, they are the best nail artists I've ever been to. I've never had to correct them or have them fix my nails. The staff is friendly and taking the necessary COVID precautions. Thank you for taking the time do to my nails beautifully I really appreciate it :)

They were amazing. While I was getting my nails done several people walked in and all were seen to right away. Well now I can say the search has come to a stop. The ladies there are very sweet and attentive. Great customer service. I will definitely be coming back.
