Let me tell you guys something I found this place on Google maps a month ago and I'm in Love. The moment I walked in I was greeted friendly and asked to go wash my hands before we got started. Just was there Wednesday and a young man did my No- Chip Pedicure, he was so awesome! I felt so relaxed and I was definitely very pleased with the services I've received. It's very hard to find an Nail Salon that actually follows Covid 19. Guidelines at this shop they do.

Made an appointment and had to wait 30 minutes after appointment tome to be seen. Came in for a full set coffin shape nails. Wrong size tips were place on some fingers. Filed into my skin while trying to make the coffin shape. Tried to pressure me to get no chip polish. Finally finished shaping my nails,He tells me to pick a color, which I do then proceeded to wash my hands, I turn around and someone else is sitting in my seat. He moves me to another station and starts to polish my nails. I tried to explain multiple times that he missed the corners. Instead of trying to understand what i was saying he places a THIRD coat of polish on my nails then instructs me to sit at the drying table and wait. Why would I dry my nails and the polish isn’t right? After waiting there he comes back to fix already half dried nails. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Will not return.

I went to get ombre nails and all the sides of my nails are missing color because she filed it off when shaping them. I leave for vacation and called them asking if there is a refund that I can get. The lady told me no that i have to come back for them to fix them and I explained to her that I am leaving for vacation and don’t have time to go back as I took off work to get my hair and nails done. They told me they never give money back. Quite disgusted with the service and customer service here.
