Hair Dresser was very unprofessional. She started washing my hair with hot water then continue with very cool water. Not paying attention to what she is supposed to be doing, she had the water running in my ears & my face. After she put the color in & under the heated dryer for 20 minutes, she again wash my hair with ice cool water & talking on her cell phone the whole time, while the chemical color water is running into my ears & on myface & she couldn't care less. I will never go there again!!
