Went in today, Sunday for a cut, my usual style, which Maria usually does but she was not there. A young lady named Crystal did the cut and she did a great job, I'm very happy. She was also very pleasant and polite, again I will recommend this place to anyone. Also, during the pandemic it is comforting to me to know the precautions everyone here is taking from online checkins to temperature checks and masks. Kudos! And thank you for being my go to place since 2003.
ZERO stars for an awful customer service.nWorst haircut that I’ve had was here.nA blonde lady that’s supposed to be the host of this place is the RUDEST I’ve seen. So unprofessional.nStart taking care of your customers specifically the new ones.nNever again.
I just had one of the best experience ever for getting a haircut. Katrina was Amazing!! Professional, knowledgeable and extremely kindhearted.nI have gone to other Great Clips in the area and my experience wasn't always pleasant. I am more than satisfied with how my hair turned out and the outstanding service I received here.
Terrible service - employees were super rude and the lady who cut my hair judged me severely for cutting my hair and having thick year. She literally ruined my life - she cut my hair 5 inches shorter than what I wanted.
We checked in waited outside the alotted time walked in and we told the two walki ins that showed up after we checked in would be serviced before us and to wait outside another 20 minutes.nThe hair styles was rude un friendly and could not explain why we need to wait.
