Nail Time

I went here to get my dip nails removed because I can’t have them for work. (Had them done for my wedding) the lady was extremely rude. I told her twice I had dip nails and she tried prying them off... which hurt and then she said “oh you have dip nails.” She was constantly on her phone. She was very rough on my fingers and rushed through. Didn’t offer any lotion or anything. She just pushed me through the entire transaction. Never said how much it was. She also tried pushing me to get my nails redone after telling her I can’t have them. She cut the tips off my nails so fast, they are so wonky. I won’t ever go here again. The customer “service” was very poor.

The ladies always do an amazing job!!! This is always our favorite place to get pampered.

I really dislike when they don't speak English. Makes me really uncomfortable.

First place I went as soon as cowlitz county opened up. The lady who did my nails did cut me with the nail tool. Over and over. Was she out of practice? I'm not sure. It's convenient enough I will try them again.

The ladies at nail time are the best!! I always love how they do my nails and eyebrows!! Thanks Ladies!
