To start off I've never had anyone actually shave my face much less use a straight blade. Kay was awsome, helped me decide what style to go with and the straight blade was a great experience. She was professional and answered any questions or concerns I had. I'm from out of town but if I come back I'm definitely using Midtown Barbershop again.
The location is really nice and everyone was friendly. The adult beverages and the dog are added bonuses. I went only once last month and didn't go back. The barber took my fade too high. I felt like she didn't really listen. I am still trying to grow it out since I wear my hair longer. Seems like I might be an outlier based on other reviews. Hope others don't share my experience.
Hands down, the best shop for men in St Louis. I've been looking for a reliable barber for years and finally found my place!! Great atmosphere, great people and reasonable prices. Ask for Kay!

Emily is fantastic! Very welcoming and chill atmosphere! Parking is the only draw back, but the service is worth the little bit of hassle.
