Call me petty, but yes I'm turned away, for your new policy (can't bring my own parts) so that tells me you won't let me save money. I get everyone makes commission on parts but if I can save $500 getting my own parts I want to save money.nJohn and Aaron saying I can't bring my own parts is a big turn away for me, especially when I told Aaron 3 months ago that I like to get my own parts, which he said then was no problem.nnCommunication was also a problem, I hate bugging people, so I ask them to call with updates, and especially when the truck is done, one time truck sat there 2days being done before I called them!nnI almost gave 2 stars because yall were quick and efficient, but remembered the communication problem I had.

Quick, professional and courtesy. Showed up 8 minutes before 5pm and they stayed till 6:18 to do a D.O.T on my truck.
Friendly service and normally have the parts I need in stock. They can be pricey but worth the price when you need parts asap and cant wait to have them shipped.
