My husband and I have been loyal to this wash for years! It is our favorite place in the area and we love our unlimited wash club membership. We go through at least once a week and have had no issues. We love the staff there and this evening we were happy to hear about improvements they make along with the promotions they have coming up. We recommend it to all our friends.

I bought the car wash in the app, but when I went to use it, no code came up. There was a line, so I bought another wash at the drive up kiosk, but after I went through, I pulled in and went by the office. Samantha came out and looked over my app purchase/receipt, then gave me a gift card so I wasn't out the money. The guy on duty with her gave me details on the family plan. I'm very happy with the friendliness and support!

I accidentally vacuumed my wedding ring this morning and without any hesitation Nick and Samantha dug through the container and was able to find it for me! THANK YOU SO MUCH! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I subscribe to a monthly unlimited package at this location. While I am happy with the washes, the workers have no concern for people in line. The workers will spend 5, 10, 15min to sign people up for monthly subscriptions in front of you, all the while letting the line get longer and longer. Heaven forbid you get stuck behind one of these people. Why not have these new customers sign up AFTER their wash in the office as I did? Why would you would rather make other people wait? Makes no sense. Poor customer service!nnEdit:3/2/21 - This is still an issue. Stuck behind another customer getting signed up for monthly subscriptions today. Had to wait for no reason again for at least 5 min along with a line of customers.
