Extremely long wait times to get an apt bookednConstantly put on hold for extended periods of time when trying to book an aptnIncorrect information given when bookingnDesk clerks will say one thing, hear another, yet do completely other.nEmail forms the morning of that need to be filled out, yet morning apts do not allow for the time to complete the forms so your massage time will be cut short.nI have been to many other Massage Luxe locations that are phenomenal, try others and avoid this one!

I had gotten a massage 3 weeks or so ago. It was just okay, she focused more on my back then anything and kinda skimped the rest of the full body massage, even had add ons and the scalp massage/treatment was crummy. But I’m only leaving a review because i left sore, and my back has been in so much intense aching pain since then, to the point I can hardly move. Going to the doctor and chiropractor to have it checked out.

I’ve been going here for years and never had any issues like the one today.nnI came in and mentioned a free ‘add-on’ another worker had offered me and that I would like to use it. Chris, the front desk person, was very defensive and rude upon me mentioning this.nnAlso, Every year at Christmas time we purchase gift cards for friends and family. I have had a monthly membership for the last 3 years and each year have been told the price of gift cards cost less for members who purchase them. We purchase them every year. However today (after already running my credit card) Chris said that the gift cards had to be full price (even for members during their friends and family event), as it would,nn“...protect whoever you give that card to”.nnI have no idea what this means.nnWe tried to bring them back (within the same hour) and asked for a refund if the gift cards were in fact that expensive for members and Chris refused to work with us in any capacity; basically said it is what it is.nnChris was extremely rude the entire visit before and after the massage. I have never had such a poor experience at this place with any other worker.nnWhen we asked to speak to his manager, he refused to give that information.nnI don’t mind spending a little extra money once a year for the holidays however would like some understanding, respect and not be charged incorrectly; especially as a member who has been a loyal customer for years.nn....update:nnAfter all of this, we were contacted a few days later (by Chris) and offered options of a full refund for our full price gift cards or to have the discounted gift cards as a member option.

Great experience! I've had microderms at medical spas that were $50 more and this was much better.

Great staff. Very reasonable prices and you can get a TRUE deep tissue massage.
