The machines are inexpensive, but the detergent compartments are never cleaned out. And when the machines eat your quarters and then don't start, there's no info anywhere on who to call to ask for a refund :(

Decent place. Sometimes the machines don't work. I had put all clothes soap softener in machine then added $ for machine not to work. Luckily I was there when owner showed up to close and I told him about it so I was reimbursed.

Filthy dirty, we had to pick bugs out of the inside of one machine, and pour laundry soap into moldy compartments. Really run down and overpriced.

Only place to wash cothes in Castle Rock, WA. the facility/building is old, dirty, and needs an overhaul with new machines both washers & dryers!!nnOwner should have more pride in his store for the people of Castle Rock, wa.

Dirty, not taken care of. You're lucky if you get a washer that actually works without eating your clothes. Dryers are iffy... peices keep going up but rhe machines are all at least 25 years old and in disrepair. Save your money and go to Longview
