I was impressed with the fast service until I started eating my 5 layer and spicy potato tacos to find that my food WASNT hot. It was like my burrito was already made up and sitting on/ in something to keep it warm. My potatoes were also cold. I won’t be coming back to this Taco Bell.
Young guy at the drive thru window is always super cool. Had an issue with my order today and called to see how to come back and get the correct things. Girl who answered the phone hung up on me and then proceed to act like I was lying about ever buying food 10 minutes earlier even though I had my food with me. Ended up charging me for the nacho cheeses they forgot. Disappointed with that customer service. An easy to resolve situation turned into an absolute waste of time.
Food is always cold they take forever. Forget half mynOrder EVERY time. Christ get some good workers or close down
Hardly ever get my order correct and such a long wait.
Lobby is shut down and only drive thru service is allowed. Wait time is higher than usual, our order was for 5 people- but there was no special instructions for anything.
