We've used Alpine many times for carpet cleaning and also restoration. They are quick, thorough and communicate well.
I recently had Boedy over from Alpine to clean our carpet. They did an awesome job and are super kind. They were really easy to work with, worked quickly and thoroughly. I will no longer look for carpet cleaners when I need them done, I'll just call alpine and ask for Boedy.
They can plug in the machines and tear out the damaged materials...but that’s where it ended well. Worked on an insurance claim for my family and we are a month in and fired them and went with ARS. Alpine stopped answering calls, didn’t finish mitigation, ripped up the house and left it in turmoil. Filed with insurance that they were done.....it was a mess. The toilet has been in the tub since they came on day 1. They missed several commitments to come back and work. Make sure you keep in contact with your insurance company daily when working thru a water loss.
