ARS Cleanup Restore Rebuild

We discovered the leak at the worst possible time. My son had just been discharged from Primary Children's Hospital, we were in the middle of Covid distance learning, and frankly we were all emotionally and physically exhausted... ARS made what could have been a horrific process manageable. Not only did they work quickly with our insurance, they provided so much help! From packing our belongings, to ensuring the least possible mess, working to ensure we were 100% satisfied with the repair, and responding to all our questions immediately...they were the right help at the right time. We had several ARS workers assist us...Damian, Cole, Ethan, Ben, Kunz, Carlos and Stephanie..and they were all kind, hard working, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They arrived on time, with a smile, and willingness to help us in any way. They provided exemplary service! I can sum up our experience with two words...door stopper. While repairing the sheet rock in the kitchen Aaron noticed our door leading to the garage didn't have a door stopper...keep in mind this had NOTHING to do with the contracted repair ARS was hired to do.....when Aaron was done, the sheet rock looked fantastic, and he had purchased and installed a door stopper all on his own. That kindness, and level of detail and customer service was unlike anything I have experienced. Thank you so very much ARS crew!

These guys have been awesome in taking care of us as certain concerns have come up during this massive clean up. It's amazing how well they have been able to take care of so many homes at one time. Cant wait for everything to be completed. We are super happy knowing it's all being done correctly. Thank you ARS!

Damian was very thorough. He came to clean the carpets as a final clean up and noticed that the the hose wasn't cleaning as good as normal. He made the effort to come back a few days later to make sure the job was done to the best of his ability. I appreciate that.

I called ARS mid-day Wednesday (as we had a waterline break in our lower floor wall on Tuesday) -- and by Friday morning at 9:00, they had rented a pod container from Ogden, had three guys here to move my furniture into it, and pack everything on the shelves in boxes so they could be put elsewhere. They got as much water out of the carpet as possible and brought huge fans in and sealed the room off so it could dry faster and not interfere with our living on our main floor. When the job was complete, they moved the furniture back into the house as well. Each of the crews -- painting, dry wall, cabinet making, and moving furniture -- were pleasant, did a great job, fixed their mistakes, and made sure I was happy with their work. On top of that, from the day they finished, they gave me a 5-year warranty on their work. All along the way, Nick (the team leader) was super and always willing to talk on the phone, returned my calls, hear my concerns, and let me know what the process was -- so I could feel more at ease. I sure appreciated him! Yes, it took longer to get everything done than I anticipated , but in the end I was pleased with all the work they did. There are many steps involved that I didn't realize. As I said above, if something wasn't to my liking, they corrected it without any problem. Very nice attitude and ethic!

ARS is our go to when we need our carpets cleaned. They have an amazing staff and always do an awesome job! Huge shout out to Steph & Damian, they did a great job. They were on time, professional and my carpets look amazing.
