Baxter Comfort Solutions was excellent! From start to finish it was a great experience with the office and installers. They have a great communication system with their text message reminders and they were extremely efficient while working. We are extremely please with our new furnace and air. Heidie helped us get a new furnace when ours wouldn’t start up this year. She knew we were without heat during a really cold front and got our furnace to us so quickly! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and personable. Truly a great asset to any company. John and Mark installed the furnace quickly and efficiently, answering all my questions along the way.
