The ladies are rude! The have an older lady there who would just stare at me and I would smile politely and she would look away quickly. I went in to get acrylics removed and instead of soaking them in acetone the woman just pried my nails off!!! I told her multiple times it hurt! And she broke three of my actual nails! They were bleeding badly but she continued to pry them off! At this time multiple customers came in and they had five employees just sitting there on their phones waiting for this one girl to do all their nails. And when one of the other customers asked to get her nails done now they were super upset like it was ruining their day because they had customers and couldn’t just sit on their phones! Never going back!

I don’t know who did my nails but i stepped in the doors and three of the ladies looked at me then went to the back for about 10 minutes. They come back and she puts me in the chair yadda yadda yadda we get started and such. First thing that happens is she drills my nails so thin my pinky nail split down the middle. She just pushed the nail back together and put glue on it and proceed with the nails. Then the shape and length was wrong but I’m not a person to say stuff face to face (anxiety). But i am not pleased with this shop at all. Especially since my nail is bleeding again

I've used them twice. The first time they left polish on my skin after a pedicure. Yesterday, I went in with a coupon my granddaughter gave me for my birthday. I was excited to relax. However, not long after the pedicurist started, she suddenly stabbed me in the quick of my big toe making is bleed quite a bit. It is still very sore. She put antiseptic on it and apologized. Toe throbbing, I let it go. When paying for the $35 procedure, I would have thought perhaps my treatment price might have been reduced. It wasn't and when I got home I noticed my other big toe was missing a spot of polish. Never going back.

Good for a quick pedicure when I'm on the run.

I love the service I get here. I'm sad that I will be moving and wont be able to stop in for a mani/pedi
