As first time home buyers, and not knowing anything about buying a house, we wanted someone who we could trust to guide us through the process, so we decided to call our local flight medic realtor. I've known Jake for years and is known to me as one of the best medics around and as someone who gives you a report, you listen and can trust what he says and what he has done with the patient, so we figured we could trust him with buying our home. We could not have been happier with Jake throughout the entire process. From day one of contacting him he met with us looking at a house the next day. He was available pretty much at all hours of the day, even with me texting him after midnight sometimes, and responded within minutes answering any of our questions. He referred us to a stress free contact for our mortgage and collaborated with all of us and the selling realtor to make sure everything was running smoothly. He was on time and helped us. He made sure that everything was done in a timely manner. Jake made sure all of the repairs were completed that we requested after the home inspection and continuously followed up to make sure that they were completed. All of the documents and contracts we had to sign were sent over and he dealt with pretty much immediately as well as explaining what it all meant. From us first contacting him to closing we could not have asked for a easier, stress-free, and smooth process in buying our home. Even after closing he recommended someone for our fence as well as checked on us making sure moving and everything went smoothly. We wanted to place an offer on this home paying cash and Lee Jackson was very rude to my wife and did not give us the time of day. I'm guessing he pushed us to the side because he had other offers but he does not know what we were willing to pay and willing to pay in cash I think this is a loss on their part we will definitely find a home and would not want to do business with such a poor quality customer service agent.

Spoke to a man named Lee Jackson he was very rude didn't even give us the time of day to make an offer on home. we have cash and we're looking to pay in cash and he blew us off because we wanted more pictures of the home first. I'm pretty sure it's your job to provide buyers with information regarding the home regardless whether you have other offers or not he should give everyone a chance especially if the home does not yet have a contract on it. I no longer wanted to even talk to this man after how rude he was. I'm sure if you give them the time they will prove the same poor quality service and rudeness to you as well.
