Very nice hotel!! The staff was incredibly sweet and the hotel is nicely decorated. My only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable. Actually is was terrible, my back was killing me when I woke. Otherwise I definitely recommend this place!

The most expensive La Quinta we’ve ever stayed at was lacking many of the amenities you would expect to find in even the least expensive hotel. Desk, but no desk chair. No ice bucket. Insufficient hot water. No light over vanity in bathroom. Shower did not drain properly. Dinky refrigerator with no freezer compartment. Breakfast was a sorry affair. No fruit. Had to request orange juice and got an eye roll.nnOn the plus, location was good with many nearby restaurants.

Where can I begin? This hotel surpassed my expectations! I used my Wyndham points for my stay and it was very much worth it. The property is beautiful and very clean; it has been recently remodeled to a modern contemporary decor and I believe they are still in the process of making minor renovations. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly, knowledgeable, and had an inviting personality. The check-out and check-in experience was THEE FASTEST experience I HAVE EVER HAD! I fell in love with my room; I had a King size suite and I didn't think my room would be so big! The location and access of my room was perfect and the temperature was just right. I LOVED the bathroom lol it was very spacious and the lighting was fantastic; the water pressure of the shower was on point. My bed was solid and comfortable and my room didn't smell like a hotel room; I had a sofa a nice size desk, refrigerator, and a nice view. I'd also like to add that this location is close to plenty of restaurants and shopping as well as minutes away from downtown Birmingham. You will NOT be disappointed. I will definitely be visiting again!
