Great rates
For the money you pay it should be way nicer. They are remodeling though, and by remodeling I mean new TVs and beds. The cleanliness is not up to par. But its ok could be better
Horrible people that treated me like a dog because of a billing mistake that was not my fault. I was told to leave a in less than 30 minutes after staying there for 3 months or else by a off duty birmingham cop that will have a formal complaint filed against him in the coming week by my attorney. Also holding funds on my account for no reason after paying rent early for 3 months. That is some management! Some people don't know how to not abuse their power. If I don't fill a formal complaint he will end up hurting someone else one day. So I feel that I have a responsibility to any future guest to do so. If anyone plans to stay here good luck!
Worst attitude from everyone. It's best to reserve your room and not even talk to anyone because they will treat you like they don't even work there.
Y'all complaining HA! Y'all need to try to stay at the USA Economy Lodge in Crestwood. From the pictures I see that they have posted for this motel is a lot nicer.
