I was scrolling through the reviews about this company, just to see what people were saying and for the most part they were all good. There are, however, a couple of negative ones, which not everyone shares the same opinion, and that's ok, but let me tell you about my experience with them. I have used R&R Comfort System for a couple of years now, and am beyond happy with my service. I had a new system installed at my house, and not only was the system installed great, but the price was extremely reasonable, and it came with a 10 year parts AND labor warranty. They are all very courteous, professional, hard working and just plain nice. I have yet to meet one person who works there that I don't like. They make you feel like family. They are a very honest and honorable company, who actually cares about their customer. I will NEVER use anyone else. If you need good quality work, at a very reasonable price, then by all means call R&R Comfort Systems.

Never trust a company that can’t tell you what they’re service charge is before they actually work on your heat pump. Charged me $250 to replace the fan motor that was still under warranty. Thought it was a mistake since it only took one tech an hour to replace it. I called and left a message for the owner who never called me back. Instead they came back out a couple days later and took the part back with them and left my fan outside the unit. Very poor customer service. Company tries they’re best to rip you off. Will never get my business again, and since I bought a York and already replaced compressor and fan motor in the first 5 years, I’m sure I’ll be getting more service to it in the future.

The folks at R&R Comfort Systems have been taking care of my heating and cooling system since 2015 and I wouldn’t dare call someone else. They are extremely knowledgeable and care about the quality of work that they do. Their prices are fair and they stand behind their work. Take my word for it - if you want a quality system that is installed professionally at a reasonable price call R&R!

R&R sent a two man team to my son’s house to move two heating pipes. They did a great job in a timely manner. We just received the bill and it was very fair. I would definitely recommend R&R.
