WOW! What a relief it is for me to find this company.nnI used this company for plumbing, for a clog that was in my sewage pipe for years, and after I got ripped off by another plumber from Fayetteville WV, who never got rid of the clog. (yes, I will be reporting him to BB and who ever else needs to know)nnNot only are they very very easy to communicate with, they are fast to get back with you, extremely intelligent, work hard and didn't give up even after the clog seemed gone, Steve and Sean worked as a perfect team and got the job right.nnI was easily told the truth when I called about the hourly rate, which is a fair rate, and they had the job done quickly, professionally.nnI highly recommend them, especially if you are on a fixed income and need someone that won't scam you. I will be using Honey Do, for other Jobs around the house in the future.

The first time they came out in over a foot of snow and fixed a pipe under the house and charged only $79. I thought wow they are great. The second time the same pipe busted because they left it on the ground for it to freeze again uninsulated. This time they charged almost $500 for a pipe they partially fixed before. If I do a job half effort and charge over 5 times my initial charge, wouldn't that make me a price gouging company that prey's on people. After calling and trying to get get the charges reduced and getting belittled in a conundrum argument, I found out that I will use professionals this time. At least they won' t make 3 trips to Lowe's to get parts and spend 5 hours on a pipe they had supposedly already fixed.
