Never got anything repaired
I recieved the message that the technician was on his way. Then the service call was canceled, with no explanation as to why! This appliance is not at our primary residence and we have to drive for 6 hours to be there for any service appointment! Very frustrated with canceled appointments!!!
Service was excellent. The cost was quite high for 45 minutes of labor, with no replacement parts. Two years ago, I needed the very same service. It cost significantly less. Even the serviceman seemed a bit uncomfortable about the price. But it wasn't his call. He did a great job.
The repairman arrived at the designated time and quickly found that the appliance appeared to have fixed itself during the almost 2 week wait for repair. He ran it through cycles and found that it didn't require any repair. We were satisfied with his work.
Had to wait for the part to be delivered(it came opened by the way), however once delivered just a few days until repairman returned & my stove was promptly repaired! He was very nice & knowledgeable of what was needed... kind & personable. gr8 guy!
