It is super clean and the radio wasn't too loud, love the products. Wish I could have bought more but I will be going back to back stuff, I was hoping for animal crossing mech and they had some cool throw blankets but thats about it, still loved it

Terrible store. Workers MADE FUN OF ME. Will never enter this store again until the day I die. Workers are so rude and apparently aren’t mature enough to keep their opinion to themselves. Like seriously just grow up. The girl with the purple and black hair was the worst of all. I hate this store and the workers. I won’t be shopping at this hot topic ever again.

The employees were very rude to me and my children. Told my 7 year old son he was not allowed in the store without a mask. State requirements say under 9 does not have to have a mask. We go there all the time and he has never had to wear a mask in the past. He was very upset. This is his favorite store. We found him a mask so he could look around. They were rude to us the whole time we were in the store. As we left, the girl just dropped the chain and gave us a dirty look as we left. The people that left immediately after us, she told them to have a nice day. Beckley, WV Hot Topic is a terrible store

The staff was VERY rude~ I’ve never felt so unwelcome. Unfortunately, they’re more interested in criticizing how you wear your face mask rather than offering help to their customers with merchandise.

It's hot topic I remember going in here as a kid and it hasn't changed much still alot of funny stuff in here.
