Staff is always nice and helpful. Clothing, especially underwear and bras are amazing quality and last forever. This is the only place I get my bras!
You know, I usually love this store. Terrible experience buying bras though. First of all, I asked Kristen if they had 36G in stock, she tries to sell me anything from DDD to 38H, saying they weren't there. I walk three feet to the right, and I see two right in front. Lucky me!nI try them on, I go to pay for them, and she enrolls me into things without even asking me if it was okay. 99.9% sure she didn't get my info correct, but didn't give me a chance to verify my information and reached across the counter and rushed through the accept process before I even have the chance to say wait. Then she ARGUES with me over it. I'm not going back until they get some better staff. I refuse to let myself be treated like cattle.
It was really great....very friendly staff ....great shopping atmosphere all around wonderful experience.
Sales people are very helpful, their customer service is great. Clothes are stylish, well fitting and great priced. Love the sales and coupons!!
