Always clean and friendly staff. A little understaffed and cologne counter was completely empty. Joyce at fragrance counter was very helpful and polite.
I've been shopping at Belk for years. Love the Belk store in Mt Hope WV. I want to give 5 stars to Terri in LadiesnShe is-awesome and is-willing to help you out anytime you need it. Also want to give 5 stars to Alma that was at the door she-was very friendly and kind. Keep it up Belk.
