Beyond disappointment in every way possible . Walking in was not greeted at all friendly I think the two males working the desk was named Nick and Greg but that doesn’t matter . You have zero rights to ask proof of my service animals ! I should pursue further legal actions .... being out on the road as I have been and booking a room with a hotel to be treated the way I was is down rite discussing . Why people work in a hospitality environment that are rude to customers ? I hope this hotel takes this seriously! Needless to say I walked out and had to deal with booking another hotel and I had zero problems ! Thank you for giving me an angry evening after a long day on the rode !
