Very nice hotel. Nice pool. However, I was quoted over the phone at $74 per room. I reserved two rooms. When we checked in the room was $113. No explanation, no excuse, no apologies. Manager said there was nothing he could do, which of course is nonsense. He's the manager. Then he sent us to rooms that had not been cleaned and prepared. Don't deal with Tony. He wouldn't tell us his last name.
The young man who checked us in was great!! Super nice!! The room was clean... The bed was comfortable. The rooms smelt clean. Peaceful stay over all !!
Queen suite was very nice and spacious, pool water was warm but it was nice for a little swim. Elderly gentleman at front desk, didn't get his name but he was awesome, he was so friendly and helpful. Great place to stay!
This place is dirty, disgusting, rooms are tiny, may as well sleep in the car.
4 people staying in a room with a bed and a pull out couch. Only 3 pillows and 1 blanket for for the 4 of us to share. When we asked for more the man in the lobby, Tony, said he would be up with more in about 20 minutes. After almost an hour no one showed up so we went to the lobby again. Tony tells us they have no more pillows or blankets. While we are trying to figure out how to fix our issue, Tony becomes sarcastic, rude and very unprofessional. Also dirty wash rags still left in the bathroom. Worst experience I've ever had in a hotel.
