The hotel is okay for the price. But the staff is amazing. Especially their head housekeeper Rebecca. I look forward to her awesome smiling face everyday. She's a hard worker and treats everyone like family. They should give her a raise!!!!
The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. They allowed me to book last minute, when all of the other hotels in the area stopped allowing guests for the night. I had been driving nearly all day, and really needed a place to rest. To my surprise, it was not just the front desk staff that was nice, but also, the people cleaning the rooms, such as Rebecca. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the shower had great water pressure. Not only did I stay for the one night originally planned, I also added one additional night to my stay. I had great experience, and would definitely stay there again. Thank you to the staff in Beckley for a wonderful stay!
I enjoyed my stay at this motel. Was very clean and great hospitality. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I will recommend anyone to stay there.
We knew we would be staying in a cheaper hotel with three kids. That would not have been a problem for us. However, when we opened the door there was a fowl odor. We were there about ten minutes before there were fleas jumping on us. I felt bad for the lady working the desk as she had just brought up a cot, then we had to leave. She was nice enough to offer another suite to us, but we could not stay at a hotel with fleas and then go back home and take them to our dog.
The front desk was lovely. An the housekeeper is wonderful down to heart. The rooms are clean flatscreen TVs. Pet friendly an a plus smoking rooms. Even if not available they will try to place u on the outside floor. They really helped with all the above.
