Appreciate Calib Ball and the guys at High Standards Heating - Cooling - Electrical once again. I know it’s a busy time of year but glad they were able to come out and get our issue fixed with our unit. The guys that came were informative and courteous. We appreciate ya and God bless.
LOW STANDARDS- Had an issue arise with my furnace. Upon inspection the previous technician (high standards) that worked on my unit had broken the high limit switch, but instead of replacing it they just bypassed this vital safety switch without notifying anyone. This was very negligent and could have caused serious damage.
Terrible experience. Very unprofessional. My granny Should’ve know better when they started talking cash for a cheaper rate. Beware. They will leave things half finished, leave not return calls.
Seemed to be good at what they did. Arrived on time and did their work. Put heat pump in our home and our sons. However, I have called and texted for 4 months now to get our paperwork for both installs and left many messages but I never get a call back and no paperwork not even the contract we signed. Also ductwork is laying all over the ground under home it was not put up on floor joists like our previous install so now mice or anything can eat on ductwork and we cannot get in crawlspace if needed. I would like my paperwork and my son wants his and would like ductwork not on the ground. Find this odd.
Owner is totally unprofessional and only has money on his mind!! Keep your money and peace of mind and go with another company if you have any problems with heat or ac!!
