What an amazing place to stay! A wide array of people and a sense of community at this complex. Very secure, well lit, and definitely in the best area of Charleston. Close to all the local attractions and food in the area. The building also has its own private pool for residents and a fully functional laundry facility. If your looking for your next place and you wanna have the luxury and amenities this place offers, this is definitely the place to be.

I absolutely loved this place! People are so friendly, and my unit was definitely a “home away from home”. It was probably the most quiet place I’ve ever lived. I hope in my travels I will be able to be here in this town again.

Great place recently revamped. The comfy couches and huge TV's in the community area where my friends can wait till I finish getting ready is a genius idea!nnThe new management is also extremely responsive and really cares about the residents here!!!

I’ve been staying in one of Scott Hardy’s units. The unit was very clean and the furnishings were well maintained. I really liked how the apartment was decorated and it felt like home. Scott was great to deal with and very responsive. The unit was great value and the location was perfect.

wonderful condos,friendly people and the maintenance man is absolutely the BEST!!! I highly recommend this place if you want to live in a safe,secure,luxurious condominium.
