Relator Tina Pepper filed forms in a way that misrepresented the agreement I had with the seller, and it caused me to lose money. It also caused frustration for me and the person I was buying from. It was my first home purchase and I felt taken advantage of.

Listing was not on main 3 real estate websites on front page of google for up to 2 months under Joe Romeo. Once corrected had showings/showing requests once a week. Joe Romeo refused to raise price or he would quit. Fired.

Almost every single real estate agent in here is amazing. I like the way they treated me. They like to get deals done and done right. One of the best real estate businesses in West Virginia.

Truly the best real estate company in all of West Virginia!! For a first time homebuyer I thought I was going to be stressed, although It was so fun, and my agent really made the process so easy. On top of that, we closed in 30 days! Honestly exceeded all my expectations. I now know why they are called GREAT EXPECTATIONS! Cant find better.

Tina Pepper represented us as our Buyers Agent. Initially I was tempted to go it along, thinking I'd be able to negotiate a better price without another agent in the mix. I'm glad I didn't, she exceeded all of my expectations and we closed within 30 days!
