After making an offer my daughter kept getting put off about the acceptance/counter. Selling agent Amanda Keller said they were checking with their bank before responding. Almost 2 weeks of trying to get a response we hear the sellers accepted another offer. This isn’t an acceptable way of doing business. Sadly my daughters agent works for the same company and couldn’t get responses.
