I contacted a dozen local HVAC companies via their websites. Some ignored me totally. Some ignored my request to communicate via email. Of the three that responded Darnold Lyons was prompt and forthright.nnDarnoldLyons got my business.
Our downstairs unit was installed several years ago by this company and we have been very pleased. Last year we had the technician John do maintenance on both the upstairs and downstairs units. Came again in spring. Turned on the heat upstairs for the first time on Tuesday and had an odd burning smell. Called on Wednesday and was able to have him come that afternoon. Everything checked out ok and I am very thankful for his expertise. Great technician!
Moved into my first home 2 weeks ago and AC unit went out on July 3rd. Calling around no one was available for weeks and the inside of the house was approaching +90 F in the evenings!! Darnold & Lyons were able to get us on there schedule within 4 days of us calling.nnOur techs name was John, super nice guy that explained everything to us, checked both the inside and outside units, cleaned out the filters and made sure nothing in the house was damaged in the process.nnService fees and parts cost were very reasonable! I would highly recommend them to anyone in need in the area!

We just moved and our unit just stopped working. I was so grateful how quickly they worked us in because it was HOT! Our technician’s name was John and he was on time and very courteous.
