Ir was a nightmare. Order taker was rude. Cashier was rude. Then food was on purpose made wrong. Had pizza sauce on a steak sandwich. When we told manager. She insulted us, and wouldn't fix order. Never does any of my family want too go here again. Even my 10 and 9 year old grand kids asked me too never go there again.
this location never and i mean NEVER answers the phone for pick up orders. it’s ridiculous. i’ve even called while being in the building and they still don’t answer.. sad because i love their food.
Rude Staff. Called twice to try to help them understand what had gone wrong, neither of the 2 employees I spoke with cared at all. I got nothing but anger, aggression, and excuse after excuse. Way to drive off business guys.
I came in about a week ago and was able to get a ham and provolone sandwich but when I came in today I was told that I couldn't have one, I was told I could have turkey and swiss and philly cheese but no ham and provlone. I told the cashier i had it there last week and he told me they could not make one. As I left, I approached Chris and he offered to make me a free sandwich and he remembered making me one last week. I figured it was pointless. If your staff doesn't know what is on the menu and are willing to turn customers away because they don't want to make special requests or don't know the menu, customers like me wiil take our business elsewhere. Remember penn station if you don't take care of the customer someone else will. I will never set foot in that place again. That incompetent young man cost his employer some business. Avoid this place like the plague.
Quiet place, good food love the ud83cudf5f my sister loved the sando. 2 big fat thumbs up.
