Third time our orders were badly messed up. The majority of our orders here are wrong in some way, but tonight was the last straw. We ordered two wraps and two protein bowls. None of it came with any meat, and three of the four items had no cheese. I had ordered extra meat in my tuna bowl!nIt's just this location that is the issue. We eat at subways all over the state with no issues.
It was by far the worst subway experience. First of all The lady in the managers shirt was rude to me from the moment I walked in the door. & I ordered a Philly steak and cheese foot long my meat wasn't even warm when I bit into my sandwich. While I was waiting for my sandwich to get done in the toaster I asked if I could use the rest room twice both times being ignored. So I go to use the bath room since I didn't get a response. Won't be back to that store they really need to work on their customer service and management skills.
This was the best sandwich I've ever had from a Subway. The bread had just came out of the oven so I'm thinking that is the reason. Also, employees were fantastic as well.
