We moved a month prior to everything really shutting down. Not only did our manager Julia ensure our keys were ready for us at 11pm when we got into town from Spokane after a 10 hour drive with 3 vehicles 5 kids and too many belongings lol. Anytime weve had trouble with ANYTHING she has responded in minutes. The property is gorgeous, well maintained. Our neighbors are all super cordial and polite. I feel like battle ground has come a long way with TMG's help. The company themselves have actually reached out personally to check on us knowing our disabled child had 2 surgeries. As well as letting us know they were doing everything they could to move us to a ground level to help accommodate his needs due to him being wheel chair bound. Absolutely steller company. Best manager Ive ever met and i used to do turn overs for multiple high end management firms throughout NW Portland!

The first apartment I looked at I didn't get approved for because of finances but they were quick to find me other options and were able to quickly move me through the process!

I'm not saying it's a hole in the wall, but there are literal holes in the bathroom wall. No holes in the rent, just the wall. Like seeing sunlight and feeling a gentle breeze holes. Hot water is turned off most mornings without. By reading this review, you literally have more of a heads up than I get.

Dave came to fix my water heater and the garbage disposal, he was very fast, thorough and professional. He showed me how to troubleshoot the disposal and waited to make sure the water was hot before he left. We even joked a bit, Dave is an awesome maintenance man for TMG and I really appreciate his fast and friendly manner, I'll make sure to have bacon for him the next time he comes by to repair something.

Dave fixes everything calmly and professionally. He worked with us on some weird home quirks and completed the repairs quickly and efficiently.
