We lived at Leverich Park Apartments for 3 years and had nothing but issues with management. The maintenance team was always rude when we needed something fixed and accused my wife of lying to them about an issue with our toilet. We filed multiple noise complaints about a neighbor and management wouldn't even respond to us when we contacted them. Management would post our utilities charges late, causing us to have an extra bill when we went to pay rent the following month. Had they at least sent out an email or some sort of notification letting us know that charge was there it wouldn't have been such a big deal, but there was no communication from management. They also charge utilities every 2 months (which we've never had any other apartment do) and when we first moved in we asked if we could pay half of that total each month, essentially paying utilities monthly. They said yes that was fine. A while after living there and paying utilities this way, we suddenly got a notice on our door saying we had 14 days to pay or vacate our apartment. When my wife called about it, the woman wasn't very kind and said we need to pay our bill. Eventually my wife was able to communicate that we had been paying our bill this way for 2 years with no issues and the woman said we could continue to pay this way and disregard the notice. We still got a charge for being served a notice that was unwarranted.nnThere were plenty of other issues we had with management, but the root was always a lack of communication from them.nnIncredibly disappointed with the management team and actively will not rent from KPS managed places in the future.

Don't try and work here if you have an kind of anxiety. They act like its okay and to tell them any problems your having and they'll help! NOPE found the first excuse they could and fired my husband. Only problem he had was the safety meetings. THATS IT! They wont even tell him why they fired him for sure. Assuming the anxiety because right after that they let him go. If they payed better he would of been their best man, but you only get what you pay for. So sorry for them! Trying to start his own business now(: Horrible company. DON'T EVER USE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They under pay and over work you. Very demanding and very micromanaging. KEY PROPERTY ISNT GOOD! They also look at the cameras to spy on you on whatever property your on and look at your location on your phone randomly since you have to use their app to sign in/out. BE CAREFUL! This is all opinion!(;

Worst property management ever! As a 5yr tenant of a property they took over, they gave NO notice or contact info to any of the tenants. I had NO idea when i tried to move out due to lack of management, which cause a cluster of problems with Janelle R. whom is extremely unprofessional. They ignored all the tenants complaints, shut our water off without notice and allowed gangs n drug activity without any care. They are keeping my security deposit against wa state law, refusing to provide receipts to false claims, did no walk thru, and to top it all off I had to get an attorney and am now filing a very strong case against them in court for my deposit. Dont bother renting with this company they'll chew you like trash and spit ya out when there are done. They dont care.

Our experience with Key Properties was a horrible nightmare! We used their services to manage our property. We used them for a little over 3 years. When we first signed up things were good. Then over time things started happening. We would get deposits late from our renters or it would be half of the amount we were supposed to get with no call or explanation. I would have to call in to find out what was going on. At the later end of us using their services a renter was late almost a month and no one ever notified us. I had to call to find out one of the reps decided it was okay for him to pay late and never asked us the owners. She was VERY lax with making sure we got our funds. We had to call and email several times before we to anything done. Long story story it was not a good experience at all. Then when selling our home the same rep was absolutely nasty, mean and unprofessional to my realtor! I had to contact the owner of the company to get anything done. He then put things in place to make sure we got what we needed. I wasn't even going to write a review but that rep was the last straw. Donna was AMAZING at helping us fix the HORRIBLE mess that had been made!

Realized I never left an explanation for my review so here it is...the person they have running our HOA at our townhome complex is completely incompetent. They had our car towed FROM OUR DRIVEWAY for expired tabs because we were saving to get it fixed so it could pass emissions. The money we had saved then had to go to a $317 fee to get it out of towing. They made sure to do it on the weekend while their office was closed. Because of them, we had to sell the vehicle. We were able to get a new car a few months later, I got a parking permit and out it in the back window. Then I start getting papers on my windshield AGAIN saying I’m not following the parking rules...what?? So finally, we see the man who lives here that they appointed to help with HOA and hand out these papers heading to my car (during a pandemic when everyone is supposed to be inside, not touching a very pregnant woman’s car). My husband walks out to stop him and ask why, he says I need a parking permit. The man is VERY CLEARLY DRUNK, slurring his words and swaying back and forth. We show him the parking permit that is very clearly stuck to my back window that he didn’t even bother to look for and took his greasy hands and started WIPING MY WINDOW. Excuse you, do not touch my vehicle. He hasn’t been near my car since but every few days I see him walking our complex WITH A MIXED DRINK IN HIS HAND. I get you live here, but if you’re going to do HOA duties - DON’T DO IT DRUNK. Especially when we have children around. He is extremely creepy and makes us uncomfortable. This place is run by a bunch of white trash, micromanaging, drunk idiots.
