Overall it was good. Only bad thing was my mashed potatoes were cold. The rolls are good and the chicken had great taste. Will be going back
Service was horrible. Manager was scream singing to a song. No hair net. Saw some cross contamination. Didn't change gloves after finishing a task. No sense of connection with thier guest. I felt very uncomfortable eating here. Fries were old. Chicken tenders were fresh. Sad to know this place is new here.
The food was good. I enjoyed the roasted chicken. My husband said the fried chicken was good. Fried and fried okra were good.
Went to get chicken around 10:30am on November 29, 2020. While at the drive through I was told to wait a minute while they open, then after 5 minutes, I was told that the computers were slow I had to wait 5 more. Then, when I was ordering I was told I had to wait 15 minutes for chicken. Unacceptable! This is horrible customer service. I'm not sure is this was done deliberately just to be petty or does this company not train their employees on proper professionalism. Will never come here again & will tell everyone who will listen not to waste time or hard earned money.
At the moment the best chicken in town. Not overly greasy with actual season and flavor. Good service and quick at 4:15 pm on a Tuesday.
