I ordered a sub with double meat, extra cheese and mayo. I paid an extra $3.50 for the extras I asked for. Of course I didn’t receive any of the extras but was still charged the $3.50. I filled out the survey to let them know about the incident and expected someone to reach out. 2 days later Ramona Steadman the “area manager” reached out with this email:nn“I want to take a moment to thank you for contacting me and to extend my apologies for the less than ideal experience that you had in my restaurant. I understand that the preparation of your food during your visit did not meet your expectations. I know that we have let you down, and for that, my team at Subway® is sorry. My employees are trained to strict food prep guidelines and I have shared your valuable feedback with the restaurant team members to prevent this from happening in the future.”nnSo I responded that’s great but how can I be reimbursed for the extra money I spent. I included a pic of my receipt plus pics of the sandwich to show I wasn’t just trying to get something for free.nnRomona ghosted me but it’s ok because she shared my feedback with the team. I’m sure they won’t ever mess up again and I guess Ramona feels she needs my $3.50 more than I do.

When trying to place an order thru the app to this store it set it up for the next day and would not allow me to change the date. I then tried to contact corporate to report this and due to the fact they have gone all digital for customer service I tried to submit my complaint thru the website. When told I had to confirm my email I hit the confirm email link anx it said it sent an email. When I checked my email it was never received. If you have issues with Subway it seems they could csrd less!!

It's a very clean subway but there's an employee there that needs additional training on customer service and listening to their coworkers when asked to fix a mistake that the person made. Just set aside the pride and do what needs to be fixed. I know we all make mistakes but every person is responsible to learn from their own mistakes. That's my observation. My food was made correctly by another employee not the person who made the mistake. I give props to the other employee that corrected the mistake. She was kind, courtesy and patient. Thank you kindly

Staff was working fast to handle all the Many customers at one time. Could do better to create an Obvious waiting line, but good food & courteous employees.
