The group working during lunch time were really good and friendly. I wanna Congratulate the lady working the register. She was dealing with a kid, working remotely, and working. A lot of people are struggling during these times,, but she's making it work, so if I can give her her kudos, I will. Keep up the good work! ud83dudcaa

Submit online order for 3 foot long, only get 2, and they are cold (i arrive on time). The young lady seems displeased with me, keep saying in half Spanish, half English, deliberately speak in low volume so i can not understand. Finally i walk away and swear i would never return to this subway location.

Just gonna say if you don't like your job, find another one. I was more of a inconvence for Erica. She has fast to tell me they were out of most of the ingredients. So I made a joke about missing a truck. She rolled her eyes. Then decided to sratch her back with her super long fake nails. Gross! Didn't even bother changing gloves. And I guess she didn't feel like wearing her mask properly. This is so ridiculous. I love subway but this one needs so much work. Oh and fresh ingredients wouldn't hurt either.

Terrible. We submitted an order through the app(which was a whole other experience that was not great) the app said order would be ready at 1230. We got there at about 1235 and they told us they hadn’t even started it and was “waiting for us”??? Then on top of that the woman was incredibly slow. Took over 10 minutes to put together 2 sandwiches. Also the guacamole was disgusting tasted like it had been sitting out for a few days ud83eudd22 so sad since I was looking forward to this sandwhich!

Polite af. Minor error on my order. I didn't notice til I got home. Gave them a call. They offered to get another free. I really appreciated his attitude and helpfulness.
