I would love to give them 5 stars. This is my favorite place to go. But this particular day (December 9,2020) there's nobody in here & their change machines are out of order. So I tried to call someone that works or owns the place no answer so I had to go to a grocery store next door for some change. The pictures below shows that the place is empty & that there's only me as a customer here but no one that owns or is an employee here.
Turn on the A/C. It's 100+ degrees outside. I should not be sweating inside a business. I have come at different times trying to see if there is ever a comfortable temperature and I it is always the same. The employees have an industrial fan blowing toward the desk they sit at so they are aware it HOT in the laundromat.b
It's a quiet nice place to come and wash and just spend a quiet time. I love it their and I work there.

The owner of this laundrymat needs to be made aware of how bad the employees treat the customers. Do you close at 9pm or 10p?. Sign says 10pm clearly on the front door. 2 young men and an a older woman screaming and cussing in Spanish forcefully kicked a customer out while his clothes were still in dryer at 900pm. Made him take his wet clothes out and turned the lights off while he was still inside. Haltom City PD should of been called and a report should of been filed. This is unacceptable and these current employees should be ashamed. Don't go to this laundrymat unless you like dirty washers and by the way half of the washers and dryers don't work anyway and to be bullied by 2 young men and cussed at in Spanish by a older woman.
