The frys were old the buns were hard
Many of the menu items are of lesser quality than they were up to about a year and a half ago. I used to eat there 2 to 3 times a week for several years, because of the excellent QUALITY of the food! Now Burgerville is nothing really special anymore. Even the shakes have changed- not for the better. The Anasazi Bean Burger patty used to be so flavorful! Then they changed it to some flavorless, textureless bean patty. Sort or tastes like jarred baby food beans. The grilled chicken breasts they used to use for their chicken sandwiches WAS a FRESH grilled ACTUAL chicken breast. I LOVED it. Now, it is a chicken breast shaped chunk of something with liquid and additives in it. I don't feel good about eating that anymore. I can get something similar now at Wendy's or McDonald's, and much more reasonably priced. Sweet Potato fries are still yummy, when they're in season. Bye bye, Burgerville .
The food was good..the crew was very friendly..I haven't been to a burgerville in years so I guess my taste changed some because it just wasn't as good as I remember it being ud83eudd7a
They are amazing even when asked for gluten free items they are very kind unlike most places that practically spit on me when I try to order something I can eat. I can not eat gluten I will end up in the hospital and they do a good job at keep everything separate ud83dudda4
