Advertises gluten free options and never has gluten free bread thawed when someone needs it for an allergy accommodation. And then staff are rude when someone asks for gluten free options.
They've been selling almost the exact same items for years and their quality has dropped. Personally I feel like they need to reinvent themselves and give themselves a refresh. I have seen a couple locations get a nice modern redesign in my location which shows that they're trying. But they need to shake up their menu.
says dine-in but have to order online, which I dont mind. The wait was kinda outrageous, being as ive worked at subway.. over 30mins. But then I take time to pick the things i dont want on my sandwich, only for the them to still mess it up with the wrong stuff. Pretty lame..
This location is pretty much perfect. It's open 24 hours(!!) and my sandwich usually gets plenty of attention. I should know her name by now but the red-haired woman gets it perfect every single time.
One of the girls behind the counter was very rude acting like I was putting her out by her making my sandwiches! The other girl was very pleasant but it was not enough to make up for the attitude !!! Too bad as this place is convenient and close to my house!
