Been here twice. Will give them 4 stars because I was waiting for my order when it was already sitting ready and the cashier yelled my name to the crew when I came in. Might want to think about turning down the volume on the music if you can’t hear each other from the cash register to the counter. The food IS good though. No complaints there. This is the third Five Guys I’ve tried and the only one I’ve returned to.

If you have a lot of time to kill go here! Because its going to be a long wait. DON'T LET THEM GIVE YOU YOUR SHAKE FIRST! It will be chocolate milk by the time your food is ready. For having 10 people working behind the counter you would think it would be faster..

Ordered online through Google app. Says 10 minutes. I could see they were busy through the window. Expected a wait. After being inside I stepped up at the 15 minute mark (5 minutes after due time), gave name she looks for ticket but doesnt confirm my order /ticket. At the 45 minute mark I request a confirmation of ticket. They were wrapping mine up. 55 minutes I have food and fries in hand. Not a quick service. Food was good. And no they were not 55 minute busy.

Just waited 50 minutes for 2 burgers. Two people ahead of me and 8 persons working behind the counter. Called my order 10 minutes before getting to the location and paid $20 for cold food and told to have a good night after someone randomly found my bag of food. Then had the nerve to say they were super busy. Been here for 50 minutes I’ve heard every order coming in. Your staff sucks.

Food is very good yes which is why I was stoked. That. Have it five minutes away!! But two hours for food is not cool !!! Not just that they messed up order now I have a big family so 100 Dollars to not get what I asked for is not cool i will stick to the hazel dell one
