Spend $30 on three meals, mine & two grandsons. Burgers were good, fries fresh & hot. Lady taking the order did not listen well. Kept having to repeat the order, clarify & get her to correct the order. Got home...charged for bacon, none on the burger ...very disappointing ... called them..they took my name for credit on the next order...but the way they didn’t listen, not sure I want to spend that kind of money again ... at that location..guess business and profits are so good, why care about the customer .

I can honestly say I have never had such a great experience in a Fast Food line in my life. Usually when you go into a place this time of night you don't generally have the most caring employees working. The guy at the back window greeted me and had a full-on conversation with me, exact same experience at the next window with the young lady working there. I have to say they both left an impression for sure. And on top of all that the food was absolutely incredible. Not sure who the manager is of this location but you should have them train all of your locations.

Accuracy of order could have been better here I ordered the breakfast on a bun with egg on the side my wife doesn't like eggs but I do. There was no egg and I also substituted Texas toast on my breakfast on a bun and got a regular bun. The food tasted great as always just some minor communication issues.

It was great they listen to the order n everything was exactly the way I order it the first time, especially sense I can not have cheese, I'm lactose n tolerate, when I'm ordering my food n I say ... NO CHEESE PLEASE. it seems as if I'm Not Heard at ALL anywhere else my FOOD COMES WITH CHEESE ANYWAY ... THANK YOU WHATABURGER ...

Horrible window service at random times. Been there in the mornings with only 2 other cars in drive thru and waited 23 minutes. I left. Today at 2:15 pm I am waiting in a line of about 7 cars. Already going on 15 minutes. It appears that they do not have enough help. People walking in getting speedy service. We are not.
