Was talked into a package when only looking to purchase a month of tanning. Found out after a week of tanning that I was expecting and therefore I could no longer tan. When I asked about receiving a refund for the two months of tanning I am no longer using due to pregnancy. With COVID and everything else I am up against like everyone else, I was hoping they would refund the months I paid for and am unable to use. The manager refused to refund. She stated she does give out refunds, but this would not qualify as one. She said she would cancel my membership and I could send her an email and that would suffice. When I asked for owner's contact info, she said she would no longer cancel my membership and said I should just go ask the owner. I am emotionally drained after that abusive conversation. There was no compassion and horrible customer service. I had planned on continuing to tan there after baby. Well forget that. She refused to cancel me over the phone when I explained that I do not feel comfortable coming in due to COVID. She says she is no longer willing to help me or argue with me.nThis is why is is worth paying a bit more and going to Tan Republic or Palm Beach. They were always decent and ethical in the past.

They have a good selection of beds. Staff was knowledgeable and the value for the price is great. Will be going back
LOVE this laundromat. Clean, comfortable and the staff is friendly. They are also great partners for our community projects that require a laundry day! Thank YOU Wash n Tan!
Very clean and fair priced. There's always a staff member there to help and the machines are well kept. You can watch TV while your waiting and there's a few stores close by if you want to drop off and come back.
