This is hands down the best cleaner around. The customer service is outstanding, and I am consistently blown away with how knowledgeable they are. My clothes have always come back in excellent condition, clean and smell great!!!nAs an added bonus I still have a match for every sock sent there... I am not sure what kind of machine they use, but it doesn't eat socks.

I'm military working in the Vancouver area and I needed 2 new duty uniforms set up. They did good precision work with a little coaching from me. Expensive, but well done.
I was given table cloths to get steamed for an upcoming event. I got a quote over the phone from Royal Shine. They rushed my order and got it done asap. I picked them up the next day and paid. As he was helping me neatly load them into my car he informed me the size of the table cloths were far larger than I'd told him on the phone. I had no idea!! He honored my original quote and didn't push the issue. I'm beyond grateful for his compassion for the misunderstanding.
My wife and I have been going there for years. Excellent customer service at a fair price. We use them weekely.
