They are meticulous with the small details. I also highly recommend their tailoring. I have brought in many expensive pieces of clothing from dresses to jeans and the tailoring is always exactly how I want it.nThe most impressive part about this company is how they always remember your name. Some may take that for granted, but to me this is an invaluable part of outstanding customer service.nI have been a customer for many many years and will continue to be.

I like this place and prices are ok but today I'm frustrated.. I have a list of to do's and he said pick up Saturday my receipt, the door, and online say open at 9 I hit here first since its the easiest way to do it for my day but it's after 915 (I've called twice) and still dark now I have to leave for an appointment ... May rethink where I go in the future as this is the second time I've had an issue.n.. They have now put a revised hours sheet on the door as they saw this. Alterations were done well and I'm happy with the work so I upped my rating.

I was a 1st time customer and was given a price for dry cleaning. The next day I drop off my clothes the owner called me and told me he wants more money to do the work he gave me a written quote for. I told him I would not pay more than what he quoted me. He told me to come pick up my clothes, we don't need your business. ALPINE DRY CLEANING IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO TRUST YOUR CLOTHES WITH. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

Only once have they ever taken longer than they thought, and that's during Covid shutdowns. I wanted to give 4 and a half.
