I’m from the Jersey Shore and this was NOTHING like the quality you will get there. In fact, other locations in Texas nailed it but not Fort Worth, TX. I ordered two subs in a tub. It was poorly prepared and saturated in oil. It was legit barely edible but I paid for it. I ordered extra meat and I just received extra ham. The whole thing should be extra or balanced. It was terrible and extremely disappointing. I hope people from other locations do not get discouraged but good God! I will gladly post pictures when I open the other sub in a tub. I’d rather drive to McKinney from Fort Worth for quality.

I frequent this location often. I ordered the giant big kahuna cheesesteak tonight as I did last week, but it was no where near as good. After I asked the guy to write down everything I wanted on my sandwich, he still left off half of the vegetables and condiments. All of the cheese was melted on one side of the sandwich and he didn’t bother cutting it in half. I could not see him dress my sandwich because the place started to get busy and social distancing in place. He seemed misplaced and as if he didn’t know what he was doing. He started to ring me up then just walked off and left me waiting. The female employee seemed annoyed by him as well. Another employee finished my transaction. This was the worst experience I’ve had there. I really hope they get it together.

I love Jersey Mike’s sandwiches but this location is terrible. I have been here five times in the last couple of months and they haven’t got my order right once. Today I called in another two sandwich order, thinking this will be the time,drove twenty minutes to pick them up and waited for an absurd amount of time there. They give them to me and they are wrong. I wait and get two more made. Giving them the benefit that they would be right this time, I drive back to work, late at this point and they are wrong again. This location should feel embarrassed and ashamed of its lack of give a damn.

My favorite subs come from Jersey Mike’s. I used to go to the original locations in Pt Pleasant and Belmar and their formula has not changed. Delicious fresh bread, fresh cut cold cuts and fresh toppings. This location has some very friendly staff and they are always prompt and so professional. If you are looking for a sandwich this is where you need to go.
