I read the reviews from several months ago and almost didn’t try it. I’m so glad I tried it anyways. It was clean and cozy. The staff was amazing! The food always takes a few because they are making fresh and fire cooked pizzas. Will definitely be back!! Mike was great!

This was our first visit to this chain. The food is good. You select your own unlimited ingredients on your pizza for a single price. The employees did seem a little put out by in-store dining patrons vs carry out. All in all, good experience, would consider again.

Man I love their pizza but their customer service/logistics need an overhaul at this location. Ordering was fine but once it reached the oven, chaos erupted. A “fast-fired” pizza took 30 minutes from start to finish. Online orders were never completed and angry customers were storming in and had to repeat their entire order. Meanwhile in-store orders were neglected and multiple (yes multiple) pizzas were burnt on several occasions. The in-store pizzas that were completed and ready-to-serve sat untouched for about 15 minutes while they scrambled to remake the online orders and burnt pizzas. Meanwhile, those pizzas already in the oven were burnt in this process. At one point, eight pizzas sat ready-to-go and the pusher straight up left to check out a dessert item, make another pizza, and who knows what else. They kept creating their own problems and no one seemed to care. Irate customers were yelling at staff. Other customers had to tell employees to keep turning pizzas so they could finally receive a pizza that wasn’t burnt. There were plenty of employees who could have helped but no one wanted to help solve it. Probably the last time I’ll be at this location.

It has great pizza and I had amazing service too. Everyone was so nice and the kept this place clean! Pie day was fun too!

Great service, super awesome employees who made our pizzas to perfection! *chefs kiss* literally couldn’t have asked for better help or better pizza. Check it out and enjoy the great service and freaking awesome food!
